1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Registry[.]Blue ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Registry[.]Blue is a wishlist and registry application built on the AT Protocol. The Service allows you to create, manage, and share wishlists and registries linked to your AT Protocol identity.

3. AT Protocol Account

You log in via your existing AT Protocol (Bluesky) account using OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Registry[.]Blue does not store your password.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Post content that is abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable

5. Content and Data

Records you create (lists, items) are written to your AT Protocol Personal Data Server (PDS). You retain ownership of your data. Registry[.]Blue may cache or index your public data to provide the Service.

6. Moderation

We reserve the right to remove content or ban accounts that violate these terms or are reported for abuse, at our sole discretion.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Registry[.]Blue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
